Description

A no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, Nutter Butter cookies, and crunchy Butterfinger bits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 family-size package Nabisco Nutter Butter Cookies
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups cold Fairlife Whole Milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Butterfinger Minis (roughly crushed)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the Jell-O Vanilla Pudding mixes and cold Fairlife Milk in a mixing bowl until it thickens into a smooth pudding.
  2. Fold in half of the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture gently.
  3. Line the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish with a flat layer of Nutter Butter Cookies.
  4. Spread half of the vanilla mousse over the layer of cookies evenly.
  5. Repeat with another layer of Nutter Butter Cookies and pour the remaining vanilla mousse over it.
  6. Frost the top of the cake completely with the rest of the Cool Whip.
  7. Sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger Minis across the top.
  8. Chill the cake overnight.

Notes

This dessert shines when made ahead and chilled overnight. Handle Cool Whip gently to avoid overmixing.
