A savory stir fry combining tender beef and pork with crunchy cabbage and aromatic garlic and ginger.
Ingredients

- 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant—this should take about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the ground beef and pork, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and any optional vegetables. Sauté until the cabbage wilts, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing thoroughly to coat everything.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Consider chopping vegetables ahead of time for a quicker prep. Customizable with other veggies or protein alternatives.
