Description

A refreshing and hearty Caesar Pasta Salad featuring tender pasta, crisp romaine, juicy chicken, and crunchy croutons, all coated in creamy Caesar dressing. Perfect for summer picnics and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (like rotini or penne)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until tender yet firm—“al dente.” Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, chopped romaine, and diced chicken in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Dress it up by drizzling the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture. Gently toss to coat.
  4. Add grated Parmesan and croutons over the salad. Toss lightly to combine.
  5. Final seasoning: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Make-ahead: This salad stores well in the fridge. Enjoy within three days for optimal freshness.
