Description

A delightful dessert that combines eclair shells, whipped cream, caramel, and fresh apples, capturing the essence of autumn in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of eclair shells
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Slice the eclair shells in half lengthwise, laying them cut side up in your serving dish.
  2. Prepare the whipped cream mixture by blending chilled whipped cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Layer half of the whipped cream mixture over the eclair shells.
  4. Add half of the diced apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining eclair shells, whipped cream, apples, and caramel.
