Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy pudding, caramel, and apple pie filling, encased in graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
  • Whipped topping (for serving)
  • Optional: additional caramel for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Layer the bottom of your 9×13-inch baking dish with graham crackers.
  3. Spoon half of the thickened pudding mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out evenly.
  4. Distribute the apple pie filling over the pudding layer evenly.
  5. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the apple layer.
  6. Repeat the layering process with another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding and caramel sauce.
  7. Top with whipped topping, smoothing it out evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Drizzle with additional caramel just before serving.
