- 2 cups milk
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
- Whipped topping (for serving)
- Optional: additional caramel for drizzling
Instructions
- Whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Layer the bottom of your 9×13-inch baking dish with graham crackers.
- Spoon half of the thickened pudding mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out evenly.
- Distribute the apple pie filling over the pudding layer evenly.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the apple layer.
- Repeat the layering process with another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding and caramel sauce.
- Top with whipped topping, smoothing it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with additional caramel just before serving.
