- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and drain excess fat.
- Mix the cooked beef with rice, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add frozen mixed vegetables if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
