An enchanting dessert made with layers of ladyfingers soaked in coffee and amaretto, combined with velvety mascarpone and topped with fresh cherries.

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
- 1 cup cherry syrup
- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh cherries for garnish
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Blend the brewed coffee with the amaretto liqueur in a shallow bowl.
- Prepare the cherry syrup in another bowl for easy dipping.
- Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the coffee mixture.
- Layer the bottom of a serving dish with the dipped ladyfingers.
- Make the mascarpone mixture by beating mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layering process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh cherries and a dusting of cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Best made a day in advance to enhance flavor. Avoid oversoaking ladyfingers to maintain texture.
