A delightful and creamy dessert that combines layers of pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Chessman cookies.

- 1 box of Chessman Cookies
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 box of vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups of whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 cup of whipped cream
Instructions
- Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix with the milk as per the package instructions in a mixing bowl until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Slice the ripe bananas into thin rounds.
- Layer Chessman cookies across the bottom of a large clear serving dish.
- Arrange a layer of banana slices on top of the cookies.
- Pour the thickened pudding over the bananas, filling all gaps.
- Repeat the layering of cookies, bananas, and pudding until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with extra banana slices.
Notes
Allow the pudding to chill overnight for the best flavor. Avoid using overly ripe bananas.
