Description

A delightful and creamy dessert that combines layers of pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Chessman cookies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of Chessman Cookies
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 box of vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup of whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix with the milk as per the package instructions in a mixing bowl until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  2. Slice the ripe bananas into thin rounds.
  3. Layer Chessman cookies across the bottom of a large clear serving dish.
  4. Arrange a layer of banana slices on top of the cookies.
  5. Pour the thickened pudding over the bananas, filling all gaps.
  6. Repeat the layering of cookies, bananas, and pudding until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  8. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with extra banana slices.

Notes

Allow the pudding to chill overnight for the best flavor. Avoid using overly ripe bananas.
