Description
A quick and flavorful stir fry bringing together succulent chicken and crisp green beans, finished with a savory soy sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
- Add the sliced chicken, spreading it out evenly in the pan. Let it cook without stirring for about 3 minutes to develop a nice sear.
- Flip it for another 2 to 4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger; let it cook for about a minute, stirring to avoid burning.
- Toss in the trimmed green beans and drizzle with soy sauce. Stir everything together and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until the green beans turn tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.
- Serve hot over a bed of fluffy rice or delightful noodles.
