Description

Creamy, tangy Chicken Caesar Pasta combines tender chicken and angel hair pasta, topped with Parmesan and capers for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions, typically 3-5 minutes, until slightly firm. Drain well, reserving a splash of pasta water in case you need to loosen the sauce later.
  2. Prepare the dish: In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm pasta, diced chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice, and capers.
  3. Toss gently: With tongs or a pasta fork, carefully mix everything together. Add the reserved pasta water if the mixture feels a little too dry.
  4. Season to taste: Add salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Serve: Present your masterpiece in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, use homemade Caesar dressing and feel free to add vegetables or swap pasta types.
