Description

A comforting casserole that combines tender chicken and cauliflower rice in a creamy, cheesy filling, perfect for cozy evenings and healthy indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cream or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, cauliflower rice, cheese, cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
