- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza form about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over the top.
- Add the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle the pepperoni slices on top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese bubbles and turns golden.
- Let it cool for a few moments, then slice and serve.
Notes
You can prepare the chicken crust in advance and store it in the fridge for up to a day. Feel free to customize toppings to your preference.
