Description

A comforting and elegant dish featuring succulent chicken breasts in a rich, creamy sauce with vibrant spinach and Parmesan cheese, served over pasta.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the fresh spinach, stirring until it wilts.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken breasts and return them to the skillet, coating in the creamy sauce.
  8. Serve over your choice of cooked pasta, garnished with extra Parmesan.

Notes

Make the sauce a day in advance for convenience. Use an air fryer for quicker chicken preparation if needed.
