- 1 cup plain yogurt

- Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Shape the Koftas: Wet your hands slightly and form small oval-shaped koftas—about the size of an egg.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Grill the Koftas: Place the koftas on the grill, cooking them for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the Garlic Yogurt Sauce: Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.

Notes
Make the kofta mixture a day in advance for enhanced flavors. If baking, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20 minutes.
