- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Incorporate the cooked ramen noodles, tossing until everything is combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
