Description

A quick and flavorful Chicken Stir Fry with vibrant vegetables and a savory soy glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add sliced chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Toss in minced garlic and ginger for another minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender yet slightly crisp.
  5. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes
