Description

A vibrant and refreshing salad combining crisp cucumbers, sweet crab meat, and a creamy dressing, perfect for summer dining.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice your cucumbers into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl alongside the flaked crab meat.
  2. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and crab mixture, then gently toss using a spatula.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, give the salad a gentle toss and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Notes

Prepare the salad a few hours in advance but add cucumbers just before serving to maintain their crunch.
