Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups edible cookie dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Incorporate sour cream into the mixture until smooth.
  7. Fold in cookie dough and chocolate chips gently.
  8. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until edges are firm but the center jiggles slightly.
  10. Cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
