- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease your 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add in 1 cup of sugar, then incorporate the eggs, vanilla, flour, and cinnamon until light and fluffy.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is just set. Cool completely before slicing.
- Mix the remaining 1/4 cup sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle over the bars before serving.
Notes
These bars store well in the fridge for up to 4 days. You can also freeze them for up to two months.
