Description

A delightful combination of sweet green peas, crispy bacon, and creamy dressing, perfect for summer picnics and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the sweet green peas, crumbled bacon, chopped red onion, and cheddar cheese into a large bowl.
  2. Make the dressing by blending the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy dressing over the pea mixture and gently toss until everything is fully coated.
