- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- Salt & Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups parmesan, shredded or freshly grated
- Parsley, chopped (optional)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cracked black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Tortellini: Boil a large pot of salted water and add the tortellini. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 3–5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Steak: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, season the steak, and sear for 4–5 minutes on each side. Let rest.
- Make the Creamhouse Sauce: Lower the heat, melt butter, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and whole milk. Whisk in Parmesan until melted.
- Combine Ingredients: Toss tortellini into the sauce, add sliced steak, and mix to coat.
- Finishing Touches: Top with parsley, red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.

Consider using frozen tortellini for convenience and optional add-ins like sautéed spinach for extra nutrients.
