Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add the corn and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and milk, then blend in the sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
