Description

A warm and creamy dish that wraps sweet corn in rich flavors, perfect as a side for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
  2. Add the corn and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and milk, then blend in the sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream and butter with olive oil and coconut cream.
