Description

A delightful experience of succulent chicken breasts, sautéed spinach and earthy mushrooms enveloped in a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Pasta, Rice, or Mashed Potatoes for Serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Prepare the chicken breasts by seasoning them with salt and pepper and browning them for about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms in the same skillet until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the heavy cream and gently stir to combine, then fold in the spinach until wilted and the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve the chicken over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes and enjoy!
