- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Jerk seasoning to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add jerk-seasoned chicken, brown for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through, then remove from skillet.
- Sauté the Aromatics: In the same skillet, add sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Add the Veggies: Stir in sliced bell peppers, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
- Create the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, stir to combine, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Mix It All Together: Return cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, toss to combine, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Transfer to serving plates or a large bowl, garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
