Description

A cozy and indulgent recipe featuring jumbo pasta shells stuffed with creamy macaroni and cheese, enriched with crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 1 cup Macaroni
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (for topping)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Boil water in another pot and cook the macaroni until tender, drain and set aside.
  4. Combine the cooked macaroni, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, chopped bacon, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix until creamy.
  5. Stuff each cooked jumbo shell with the mac and cheese mixture, packing them full.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish in a single layer, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Consider prepping the stuffed shells the night before for enhanced flavor. You can also substitute ingredients to suit your dietary preferences.
