- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 1 cup Macaroni
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Cooked Bacon, chopped
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (for topping)
- Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Boil water in another pot and cook the macaroni until tender, drain and set aside.
- Combine the cooked macaroni, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, chopped bacon, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix until creamy.
- Stuff each cooked jumbo shell with the mac and cheese mixture, packing them full.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish in a single layer, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Consider prepping the stuffed shells the night before for enhanced flavor. You can also substitute ingredients to suit your dietary preferences.
