Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for caramelizing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line your cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing it into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Make the cheesecake batter by beating the cream cheese until smooth, then adding sugar and vanilla.
