Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes and sliced sausage in the crock pot.
- Add the chopped onion on top.
- Arrange the trimmed green beans atop the other ingredients.
- Pour in the chicken broth to cover the ingredients.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Stir gently to combine without mashing the potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are fork-tender.
