- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Lettuce
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- Blend the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Sauté the ground beef until brown, about 7–10 minutes.
- Warm the low-carb tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side in a separate pan.
- Start with a tortilla, layer with beef, spread creamy cheese, sprinkle lettuce, diced tomatoes, and extra cheddar. Add jalapeños if desired.
- Top with another tortilla, pressing gently to keep everything contained.
- Cook each Crunchwrap in the skillet with a bit more butter for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve hot with sour cream or salsa on the side.
