- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s no longer pink, then drain.
- Combine the beef, hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup cheese, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
To make ahead, assemble and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking. You can also use an air fryer for a faster option.
