Description

A comforting layered dish of baked ravioli, marinara sauce, and cheese, perfect for family gatherings or busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated or frozen ravioli (cheese or ricotta-filled)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for the baking magic.
  2. Create a base layer by spreading marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Layer ravioli over the sauce, ensuring they fit snugly.
  4. Add ricotta cheese over the ravioli, then sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
