Description

A delightful stir-fry featuring juicy chicken and colorful vegetables, all brought together by a savory black pepper sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons black pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the sliced chicken to the hot pan and season it with a pinch of salt. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken and set it aside to keep juices intact.
  4. Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the same pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, stir in the black pepper sauce and soy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice and enjoy!

Notes

Prep ingredients ahead of time for quicker cooking. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure proper searing.
