Description

A sweet and tangy grilled chicken dish, perfect for summer barbecues or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag (or cover the dish) and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and lay on the grill.
  6. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with your favorite sides and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

Marinating overnight enhances the flavor. You can also bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or use an air fryer at 375°F for 15-18 minutes.
