- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag (or cover the dish) and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and lay on the grill.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite sides and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
Marinating overnight enhances the flavor. You can also bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or use an air fryer at 375°F for 15-18 minutes.
