Description

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil: In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder.
  3. Dry off the wings: Pat the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels.
  4. Coat the wings: Dredge each wing in the flour mixture, shaking off excess flour.
  5. Fry the wings: Carefully place the wings in the hot oil, frying for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
