Description

A delightful fish fillet recipe featuring a zesty mustard and lemon sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fish fillets (salmon, cod, or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fish: Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Cook the fish: Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden.
  4. Prepare the sauce: Whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Add the sauce over the fish in the skillet, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Remove the fish from the skillet and serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Notes

Make the sauce ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. Reheat gently if necessary.
