Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan, covering with cold water, bringing to a boil, covering, and letting them sit for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in an ice bath for easy peeling.
  3. Peel the eggs under running water after cooling.
  4. Prepare the filling by mashing yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Color the mixture with red and blue food coloring if desired.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
