Description

A comforting garlic butter chicken dish, slow-cooked in a crockpot for tender, flavor-infused bites.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken breasts with minced garlic, butter, chicken broth, salt, black pepper, and optional Italian herbs in the crockpot.
  2. Cover and set the crockpot to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream about 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Use forks to shred the chicken inside the pot once cooked.
  5. Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes, garnished with chopped parsley.
