- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the chicken breasts with minced garlic, butter, chicken broth, salt, black pepper, and optional Italian herbs in the crockpot.
- Cover and set the crockpot to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the heavy cream about 30 minutes before serving.
- Use forks to shred the chicken inside the pot once cooked.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes, garnished with chopped parsley.
