  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell.
  3. Season the exposed lobster meat with salt and black pepper.
  4. Create the garlic butter sauce by combining melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, dried pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
  5. Baste the lobster tails with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes.
