Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels to ensure proper searing.
  2. Season the meat liberally with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer—sear for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  6. Add butter to the same skillet, letting it melt until it begins to foam.
  7. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  8. Toss the zucchini into the skillet, cooking for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  9. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat with garlic butter.
  10. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  11. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
