- 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Prep and skewer chicken: Cut the chicken into even cubes and coat with olive oil and seasonings. Thread onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Make the garlic Parmesan butter sauce: Melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, and stir for 1-2 minutes. Mix in Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
- Cook the chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, basting with garlic Parmesan sauce.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. You can also swap chicken for shrimp or firm tofu.
