Description

Juicy chicken skewers marinated in garlic, butter, and Parmesan for a flavorful and cozy dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep and skewer chicken: Cut the chicken into even cubes and coat with olive oil and seasonings. Thread onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  2. Make the garlic Parmesan butter sauce: Melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, and stir for 1-2 minutes. Mix in Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
  3. Cook the chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, basting with garlic Parmesan sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. You can also swap chicken for shrimp or firm tofu.
