- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the corn with the garlic butter mixture using a basting brush.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while hot.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
You can prep the garlic butter the night before and store it in the refrigerator. For a lighter option, use olive oil instead of butter.
