Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the Yukon Gold potatoes into chunks about 1 to 2 inches in size.
