- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios carefully.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
- Cool the bars completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
