- 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or beans
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

- 2 tablespoons nacho cheese sauce
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat to ensure a perfect golden crust.
- Layer the first tortilla: On one tortilla, distribute the melted cheese, ground beef (or beans), shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and drizzle with nacho cheese sauce for a creamy finish.
- Top with the second tortilla: Carefully place the second tortilla on top, encasing all those delicious fillings.
- Butter both sides: Generously spread butter on the outside of the burrito to enhance that grilled flavor.
- Grill the burrito: Place the burrito in the preheated skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until it turns golden brown and the cheese becomes beautifully melty.
