Description

Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread
  • Fig Jam
  • Creamy Cheese (Brie or Goat Cheese)
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet or griddle to medium heat.
  2. Spread fig jam on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  3. Layer your choice of creamy cheese on the un-jammed side of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle fresh thyme over the cheese.
  5. Assemble the sandwich with the jam side facing inward.
  6. Butter the outer sides generously.
