- 1 medium watermelon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the watermelon into thick slices, about 1 inch each.
- Mix the honey and lime juice in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Brush the watermelon slices with the honey-lime mixture on both sides.
- Sprinkle salt over the slices.
- Place the watermelon on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until charred.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle any remaining honey-lime mixture over the slices.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
