Description

A deliciously bold twist on summer watermelon with fresh lime and honey, perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the watermelon into thick slices, about 1 inch each.
  3. Mix the honey and lime juice in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
  4. Brush the watermelon slices with the honey-lime mixture on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle salt over the slices.
  6. Place the watermelon on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until charred.
  7. Remove from the grill and drizzle any remaining honey-lime mixture over the slices.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.

Notes
