Description

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • Lime juice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the avocados: Cut the avocados in half and carefully remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado: Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado to achieve your preferred creaminess.
  3. Blend in the aromatics: Gently fold in the minced garlic, chopped cilantro, diced onion, and diced tomato.
  4. Add lime and salt: Squeeze fresh lime juice over your mixture, and season with salt to taste.

Notes

To prevent browning, cover the surface of the guacamole with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the dip if preparing in advance.
