Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Make the marinade by mixing harissa paste, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  5. Roast the chicken for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes
