Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Turkey Sausage, sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Zucchini, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup Squash, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 12 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the turkey sausage into bite-sized rounds and set aside.
  2. Chop your bell peppers, zucchini, onion, broccoli, and squash into even pieces for consistent cooking.
  3. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the turkey sausage to the pan, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Introduce the chopped vegetables to the pan, stirring gently to combine. Sauté for another 5-10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For added flavor, try cooking the sausage and vegetables in an air fryer or roasting them in the oven.
