- 1 lb Turkey Sausage, sliced
- 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Zucchini, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup Squash, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1–2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice the turkey sausage into bite-sized rounds and set aside.
- Chop your bell peppers, zucchini, onion, broccoli, and squash into even pieces for consistent cooking.
- Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the turkey sausage to the pan, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Introduce the chopped vegetables to the pan, stirring gently to combine. Sauté for another 5-10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.

For added flavor, try cooking the sausage and vegetables in an air fryer or roasting them in the oven.
