Description

Succulent chicken breasts encrusted with a delightful blend of fresh herbs and creamy Boursin cheese, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese (herb-flavored)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Spread a layer of Boursin cheese over each chicken breast.
  4. Mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  5. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the cheese-covered chicken.
  6. Place on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

You can prep the chicken ahead of time and store it in the fridge, or use chicken thighs for a juicier alternative. To reheat, bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
