Description

Delicious and fluffy high-protein breakfast biscuits made with Greek yogurt and cheese, perfect for a nutritious start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, milk, and olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. Incorporate the whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper in another bowl.
  4. Bring the dry ingredient mixture into the wet mixture gradually.
